Christmas is over, but the fun is just beginning.

A great time was had by all at the Christmas parties held in Eufaula and Lawton. There was good
food, games, stockings and gifts for the children, and even a visit from Santa Claus. We had close to 100% attendance
in both areas.
It won't be long before it's time for summer picnics again. When its especially cold and dreary
outside its fun to remember last year's picnic: hot weather, cold watermelon, the smell of food on the grill, water
games, dunk tanks!!
In the meantime we have monthly group meetings where you can visit with other foster parents, get
to meet the new parents and staff, and get some great training. The kids all have age appropriate activities with their
counselors.
If you are considering being a foster parent join us at any of these activities. You can come
and meet other parents and staff and learn about our program. Just give us a call and let us know you are coming.
